StacksReady ("we", "our", or "the app") provides an AI-powered conversational rehearsal application designed for people managers and professionals. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring you have complete transparency and control over your data.

1. Information We Collect

• Account Information: When you register, we collect your email address and authentication identifiers via Firebase Authentication to manage your account access and securely partition your storage.
• Rehearsal Content: Turn-by-turn simulation dialogues, user messages, and spoken audio. Audio is processed ephemerally in real-time and never persisted to audio archives. Rehearsal text and feedback reports are stored locally on your device by default, with opt-in Cloud Firestore backup available exclusively for Pro tier subscribers.
• Subscription & Purchase Data: In-app purchase receipts and entitlement tokens are processed through Google Play Billing and RevenueCat to verify active Pro status. We do not store credit card numbers.
• Telemetry & Diagnostics: Anonymized crash logs and reliability metrics via an enforced privacy-safe allowlist. Strictly zero rehearsal transcripts, dialogue messages, or participant names are sent to analytics.

2. How We Use Information

We use your data solely to deliver the core functionality of StacksReady: facilitating conversational AI roleplay, generating objective coaching feedback, maintaining practice streaks, and restoring purchased subscriptions.

3. Data Encryption & Security

All data transmitted between the StacksReady app and external cloud services (Firebase, Google Gemini AI, RevenueCat) is strictly encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3. Cleartext HTTP traffic is blocked at the operating system level.

4. Data Retention & Automatic Cleanup

• Inactive draft sessions are purged automatically after 24 hours.
• Saved rehearsal sessions auto-expire after 90 days of inactivity.
• You can delete individual sessions at any time inside the app.

5. Account & Data Deletion

You have the permanent right to delete your account and all associated data at any time:

• In-App: Go to Profile & Settings → tap "Delete All Account Data" for an instant purge.
• Online Portal: Visit our dedicated Account Deletion Request Portal to submit a remote purge request.

6. Children's Privacy

StacksReady is intended for professionals and adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
