StacksReady — Account & Data Deletion Request

In accordance with the Google Play User Data Policy and our privacy commitments, you have full control over your personal data. You may request the permanent deletion of your StacksReady account and all associated data at any time.

Method 1: Instant In-App Deletion (Recommended)

To immediately delete your data from your phone:

Open the StacksReady app on your Android device.
Tap the Profile / Settings icon in the top header.
Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete All Account Data".
Confirm the deletion prompt.

Your local database, session transcripts, feedback reports, and remote Cloud Firestore documents will be permanently purged in under 1 second.

Method 2: Web Deletion Request Form

If you no longer have the app installed, enter your registered email address below. A deletion confirmation request will be processed and all data associated with your account will be permanently destroyed within 48 hours.

What Data Is Permanently Deleted?

Account Credentials: Your Firebase Authentication user ID, registered email address, and profile name.
Rehearsal Transcripts & Audio: All conversational simulation turns, transcripts, and ephemeral audio cached in storage or synced to Cloud Firestore under users/{userId}.
Feedback & Action Plans: All personalized coaching reports, strengths, risk assessments, and action plans.
Usage & Progress Records: Practice streaks, remaining voice minutes, and subscription tier receipts.

Data Retention Period

Once requested, all personal data is deleted within 48 hours. Inactive rehearsal session drafts are automatically purged after 24 hours, and inactive saved sessions automatically expire after 90 days. We do not retain backup archives of deleted user accounts.
